Situation

A European IT services firm required a strategic plan in order to grow its presence in the UK.

 

Approach

We worked with the UK Managing Director of this IT services firm to formulate its corporate strategy and to structure and develop its corporate business plan. We appraised the industry to determine opportunities and threats, and we interviewed all the UK Directors to assess the company’s strengths and weaknesses.

 

Results

We recommended improvements that were later put in place, including a cost efficiency programme, a new organisation structure, and an acquisition.
