Situation


A business content and transaction portal needed help in shaping the internal business transformation programme.

 

Approach


We defined the approach to change management, focusing on people and processes. We advised on the definition of the blueprint and the current capacity assessment and led the initial gap analysis. We created the transformation programme section of the business plan and highlighted key risks and issues that were incorporated in the corporate issue log. Working with the Business Change Manager and coordinating the work of fifteen members of the Management and Operations Teams, we identified project bundles, forecasted resource requirements and costs, and created the programme plan. We also led a team to design the future operating model and processes.

 

Results


The business transformation programme was successfully implemented.
